SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY ESTIMATES

DOMESTIC

All orders are shipped with trackable delivery through Australia Post, from Brisbane to any address within Australia. Delivery is calculated upon checkout based on the weight of your order.

Please allow a period of 3 – 6 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 4 – 8 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.

*Note : There still may be Covid related postal delays, if you are wanting your order more promptly please select the Express service at checkout, which is relatively unaffected.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to COVID-19 there are shipping and carrier disruptions all over the world, and it is changing daily. We are fully operational and shipping to: USA, NZ, Canada, UK, some areas of the EU, limited areas of Asia and limited to the rest of the world.

RETURNS

When making your purchase please choose carefullly, as we do not accept returns unless your goods are damaged.

PLEASE NOTE

If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. If your order has been 'Delivered' but you have not received your order, we are not eligible to replace stolen items as it out of our hands, and will be done only at our discretion. So please keep an eye on your tracking number.
